A 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge

BUILDING RESILIENCE AND BELONGING IN A TIME OF INSTABILITY

During the month of October the Mindful Workplace Alliance is sponsoring a month long challenge to build awareness and excitement about mindfulness in the workplace. We encourage you to promote mindfulness at your workplace by joining the challenge and sharing it within your own company.

We invite you and your workplace to join us. There are two options for you to participate.

PARTICIPATE using our Partner APP

To make it easy for organizations, we have partnered with our friends at Wisdom Labs and their app Wise@Work. They make it easy for any organization to get started. The App is free for the duration of the challenge.


 

Participate using company sponsored app/ Without app

Use your own app or no app and then share some data at the end of the month. Register your company in the challenge. Once registered, we will send out a link to update your aggregate participation minutes during the month of October.

Our 2020 results

In 2020 we worked together to complete our first mindful workplace challenge. We set a goal 1 million minutes and we were pleasantly surprised to see the collective enthusiasm and achievement, ending up with over 30 million minutes and 86,000+ participants. It was a World Record! (at least unofficially) We’d like to repeat this amazing goodness again this year.
